You agree to follow the advice and instructions provided by the Healthcare Providers and acknowledge that the use of such medications is based on the informed clinical judgment of our professionals.

7. Services Provided by Healthcare Providers

When you participate in a consultation with one of our registered Healthcare Providers, you enter into a doctor-patient relationship with that provider. Skinthesis acts solely as a facilitator of these consultations and is not a party to the medical services or treatment provided by the Healthcare Providers

All consultations and treatments are provided under the sole discretion and clinical judgment of the Healthcare Providers. Skinthesis does not replace the role of your general medical practitioner and the Services provided by our Healthcare Providers are limited to skincare consultations and treatments.

8. Prescription of Medications and Fulfillment

A Healthcare Provider may issue prescriptions based on your consultation. These prescriptions may include compounded medications or medications prescribed for off-label use, which are medications used for a purpose not specified in their official labeling. The decision to prescribe such medications is made by the Healthcare Provider based on clinical appropriateness and your consent.

As part of your registration and use of Skinthesis, you agree that any product, medicine or medication that a Healthcare Provider prescribes to you will be solely used for your own personal use. Additionally, you will not allow any other person to take, use or have access to that medication.

Before using any prescribed medication, you agree to read all information provided by your Healthcare Provider, the dispensing Pharmacist, or the manufacturer, and to follow the given advice. If there is any conflict between the advice provided by the Healthcare Provider and the manufacturer of the product or the pharmacist, you must contact Skinthesis before using the medication.

If you experience any side effects that cause you concern while using your medication, we recommend seeking advice from a healthcare professional. This could include contacting us to book an appointment with a Healthcare Provider (charges may apply) or your usual Clinician or Pharmacist, to allow them to monitor the effect of the medications prescribed to you.

Any emails or prescriptions are intended to be only read by the named recipient as they may contain information that is confidential.

For urgent care or severe side-effects dial 111 and ask for an ambulance.

If prescribed a medication, Skinthesis will facilitate the prescription fulfilment through our Partner Pharmacies. However, Skinthesis makes no guarantee regarding the availability of prescribed medications through Partner Pharmacies.

9. Delivery of Medications and Products

Skinthesis will arrange for the delivery of the medication or product via a Partner Courier. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery location to accept the package. Any issues arising from missed deliveries, damaged goods, or delivery delays should be reported to us immediately.

Skinthesis is not liable for delays caused by Partner Couriers, nor for the quality of medications or products delivered if damage occurs during transit.

12. Promotions

Skinthesis may occasionally offer discounts, including the use of promotional codes, for specific services, clients, or circumstances. Promotional codes may apply to services that include prescription medicines, but only if your Healthcare Provider, in their clinical discretion, determines that the medicine is suitable for you. • May be redeemed only once per customer,
  • Must be applied at the time of purchase (cannot be applied retrospectively),
