For each compounded product, a prescription is necessary. Yes, all our treatments are prescribed by dermatologists and dispensed by our partner pharmacy and uses well tolerated and effective ingredients. We follow strict guidelines to ensure the quality of our products.
Results can vary depending on the individual and the condition being treated. Generally, you may start to see improvements within the first 2 months, but optimal results are usually seen after consistent use over several months.
You will receive approximately 20g of product in a pump bottle - enough to treat your entire face for two months.
It is important that you don’t use any treatment past the expiry date as the active ingredients expire relatively quickly and we cannot guarantee the product’s effectiveness and tolerability past the expiry date.

You can update your treatment plan by contacting our team through our contact form on our website. If your skin condition changes or you have new concerns, our clinical team will adjust your formula accordingly. Any change will need to be actioned 14 days before your next billing cycle.
