Our service offers customised topical treatments for acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation and for rejuvenation. We deliver these treatments directly to you on a subscription basis, with payments made bi-monthly (every 2 months).
You sign up for our service and provide us details of your skin concerns, medical and treatment
history. Our dermatologists create a personalised treatment plan, which is delivered to your
door every two months. Payments are automatically processed bi-monthly (every 2 months).
You will receive your treatment every two months. This is sent directly from our partner
pharmacy to you. This ensures you have a consistent supply and allows us to adjust your formula
as your skin improves.
The subscription is billed bi-monthly. At sign up, you will be charged $291 for the first 2 months of treatment. Subsequent payments are at $216 every 2 months.
Your subscription includes an initial real-time consultation with our expert Dermatology Team, a personalised prescription, supply of treatment shipped to your door every 2 months, progress tracking, ongoing support and formula adaptation (as needed).
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will be charged the initial fee of $291 again should you decide to resubscribe to our service. It is currently not possible to pause our service.
As each treatment is personalised, once sent out to you, we are unable to process any refund request except for in the following circumstances: you are deemed clinically ineligible for our treatment, or if our partner pharmacy is unable to fulfil your prescribed treatment.
We are a Southern Cross Affiliated Provider. However, please note that our subscription service and personalised treatment formulas are not covered by insurance.
